Thank you for shopping with CoinSelectCo. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after the product has been delivered.

The return period starts from the date the item is marked as delivered. If the return deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline may be extended to the next business day.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Not damaged, altered, or worn

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. CoinSelectCo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

9. Late or Missing Refunds

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be responsible for reshipping costs or related shipping fees.
